We know you’re ready to test your new gear on the job. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and how to track your order.

The Timeline: From Warehouse to Job Site

  • Processing: The Crew gets your order picked and packed in about 1 business day.

  • The Friday Rule: Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday may not be processed until the following business day.

  • Standard Delivery: Once it leaves us, expect your gear at your door in 5–8 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you're in a rush, we offer faster options at checkout for an extra fee. (Note: The 1-day processing time still applies!)

Track Your Order

You’ll also get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS) as soon as the truck leaves our warehouse.

Alaska & Hawaii

We ship to our crew in AK and HI for a flat rate of $15. This helps us cover the higher costs of getting our gear to you.


Tracking Not Updating?

Don't sweat it just yet. Carriers occasionally miss a scan or hit a snag. If your tracking hasn't shown any movement for 5 business days, let us know.
