Holiday Return Policy

In order to make gifting easier, we are expanding our return policy for all holiday orders*. 

Orders placed between 11/24/24 and 12/31/24 can be returned until the last day of January (1/31/25).

To return an online order, click HERE. You'll get a shipping label for your item. Just print it, attach it to the box, and send it back. It's that simple.

For damaged items or order errors, email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.

Returns & Exchanges

You can exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date (excluding the BRUNT Box). To start an exchange, click HERE. You'll get a shipping label for your return item. Just print it, attach it to the box, and send it back. It's that simple.

Once your return is on its way, we'll ship your new gear straight to your door. Please note that expedited shipping is not available for exchanges.


With our BRUNT no BS return policy you can return any full-priced product within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding the BRUNT Box, shipping costs, and Corso Package Protection).

Due to logistical challenges and higher transportation costs, shipping to Hawaii and Alaska incurs additional charges. We strive to offer the most competitive shipping rates possible, but these locations require higher fees to ensure timely and reliable delivery. To cover the high cost of shipping outside the contiguous U.S., we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15 to all orders being returned/exchanged from Alaska and Hawaii. 

Orders

We send out a confirmation email when your order is placed. Once the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information from either USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS depending on your geographical location.

As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information regarding your package.

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If you received only part of your order, please check the packing slip included in the package to see which items should be there.

If some items are not listed on the packing slip, they are likely still in transit. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for the next package to arrive.

You will be notified and refunded for any products that are unavailable.

If items listed on your packing slip are missing from your shipment, please contact us at [email protected].

Due to system limitations, making changes to an order after it's been placed is beyond our current capabilities. That said, shipping and exchanges are free, so you can easily send your gear back if its not what you want. 

To obtain the correct item or to receive a refund, you will need to initiate a return or exchange once your shipment arrives.

Our products often sell quickly, and pre-orders allow you to secure the items you want. We restock as quickly as possible and ship pre-ordered items as soon as they become available. Please note that payment is required at the time of order placement to reserve your items.

Once your pre-order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with confirmation and tracking information.


For items that are not currently available to order, you can join the waitlist by choosing your preferred style, size, and color directly on the product page. You'll receive an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock. Please refer to the screenshot below:



To set up a tax exempt account, please email [email protected] with proof of tax exempt status as well as the following information: 

  • Name Email (this will be the email address used to make purchases) 
  • Organization 
  • Shipping Address 
  • Phone Number 

Once we have this, we will be able to set up a tax exempt account for you and will email you confirmation. Please note only the email associated with the tax exempt account will be able to make tax exempt purchases.

To request a receipt for reimbursement, please email us at [email protected], and we will gladly send you an itemized copy.

All digital gift cards can be used on both available items and pre-orders. Please note that you will be charged at the time of purchase for any pre-order items. To redeem your gift card, enter the code in the white box below your ordered items during checkout. Refer to the picture below for guidance:

Product

We are working on developing U.S.-made styles, with the ultimate goal of building or purchasing our own factory in the States. Until then, our priority is to produce the highest quality boots and apparel using the latest technology and offer them at the best prices. This may involve sourcing from countries such as Vietnam, China, India, and others.

You can purchase digital gift cards HERE. After completing your purchase, the digital gift card will be emailed to the address used at checkout within 1-2 business days.

Please note that gift cards purchased after 2 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday, as our Customer Experience Team manually fulfills all orders and does not operate on weekends.

If you're buying for someone else, you can forward the email to the recipient or print out the confirmation to present it in person.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, go to the subscription management section, and choose the cancellation option. Please note that subscriptions canceled after the processing date won't automatically cancel the current order. For assistance, contact [email protected].

BRUNT Box is released the second Sunday of every month with limited inventory. They are available as a one-time purchase or as a subscription. BRUNT Box subscriptions will process automatically each month. 

Because BRUNT Box items are limited edition we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these products.

Our boots and apparel run true to size. If for any reason you have any issue with your size, we offer free returns/exchanges and a 30 day wear on the job trial to make sure you get the perfect fit for you. 

Yes, that means you can wear your boots to work for 30 days and send them back for a refund- NO QUESTIONS ASKED!


We take the guesswork out of finding boots that are the right width. Below the insole, we’ve added a removable gray insert that can take your boot from a regular fit (D) to relaxed fit (E+). So, if you have a wider foot, or just prefer more room, we’ve got you covered.

Instead of a limited manufacturer warranty that does not cover wear and tear, we actually invested in a risk-free 30 day wear on the job trial, so you can not only suss out any manufacturing defects which would show up in the first few days, but you can also wear ours on the job and make sure they are perfect for what you need, or send them back for return or exchange.

 If any issues arise after that that are not wear and tear related, shoot a note to our customer team at [email protected] and they will be able to dig in with you. 

Our gear is built to last, but proper care will not only help keep your gear looking good, but preserve life and longevity too.

All of our apparel is machine washable. For best results, machine wash cold using a mild detergent. Tumble dry. Note: wash cycles will wear down the durable water repellant (DWR) finish, so we suggest limiting washes to as needed to ensure longevity. 

Shipping

Orders typically take 1 business day to process and another 5-8 business days for the carrier to get them to your door. We have expedited shipping options available during check out for an additional fee.  

Please Note: Orders are processed & shipped in the order they are received. Any order placed after 12PM EST on Friday, will not process until Monday AM. The 1 business day processing time applies to both expedited and economy shipping methods.

 * To cover the high cost of shipping outside of the contiguous U.S., We do charge an additional $15 fee to ship to Alaska and Hawaii

Orders presumed lost or missing will be replaced with the same items. Refunds are not issued for missing or lost packages.

Discounts

We typically do not offer discounts. To stay informed about any new discounts or promotions, sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of our website.

Please note that promo code eligibility can change at any time. Promo codes do expire and cannot be applied to past orders. Due to system limitations only one discount is allowed per order.

International Orders

We currently offer international shipping to Canada and Singapore, and may expand to other countries in the future. We charge a fee to help cover the high cost of shipping outside the United States.

Our products are not certified for safety standards outside the United States.

Any products with a safety certification are certified to American Society for Testing and Materials (“ASTM”) standards. Safety certifications are listed in the “PERFORMANCE + DURABILITY” section of the product page. If no certifications are listed, or the certification you seek is not listed, then the product is not certified for that safety standard.

To simplify your purchase, we charge duties and taxes at checkout. While duties and taxes are refundable for returned products, shipping costs are not.

You can return any full-priced product within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding BRUNT Box, shipping and handling costs, and Route Package Protection). 

International returns are subject to a handling fee and are not eligible for exchange. To get a new size or style, please return the item and then make a new purchase.

Our products ship from within the United States. Shipping to countries outside the United States requires a few extra steps. We appreciate your patience while your order is in transit. Limited Edition

Our Limited Edition boots are unique, small-batch releases crafted with exclusive materials, colors, or features. Once these boots sell out, they typically won’t be restocked, making each pair truly one-of-a-kind.

Generally, Limited Edition boots are not restocked once they’re sold out. Once they’re gone, they’re gone! 

Yes, we offer exchanges on Limited Edition boots, but availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed until the original boots are scanned at the post office. We recommend initiating the exchange as soon as possible and dropping them off at the post office to help secure the new size or style.
