Our most popular gear can sell out fast! If the boots or apparel you need aren't ready to ship today, we have two ways to make sure you’re the first in line when they land at the warehouse.

1. Pre-Orders: Claim Your Gear Early

When a restock is on its way but hasn't arrived yet, we open Pre-Orders. This lets you claim your size and style before it officially hits the shelves and sells out again.

• How to find them: We don't have a separate page. Just head to the product you want—if it's available for pre-order, the "Add to Cart" button will change to "Pre-Order," and we’ll list an estimated ship date right there.

• The Timeline: We’ll keep you in the loop with three updates:

  1. Confirmation: Sent immediately after you buy.

  2. In-Stock Alert: Sent the second the gear hits our warehouse and the Crew starts packing your order.

  3. Tracking Info: Sent as soon as the truck leaves with your haul.

2. Waitlist: Be the First to Know

If an item is out of stock and not yet available for pre-order, join the Waitlist.

• How to join: Go to the product page, select your style, size, and color, and enter your email address.

• The Result: The second that specific gear is back on the shelves, we’ll send you an email. These restocks go fast, so keep an eye on your inbox so you can grab yours before they’re gone again.

Important Note on Shipping

If your order includes both "In-Stock" gear and "Pre-Order" gear, we’ll usually ship the in-stock items first. We want to get you to work as fast as possible, so we don't make you wait for the whole order if part of it is ready to go.
