Changing or Cancelling an OrderUpdated 6 days ago
The Crew moves fast to get your gear to the job site. To keep our shipping times as short as possible, orders are sent to our warehouse for fulfillment almost immediately. Because of that speed, we allow changes to your order within one (1) hour of submitting.
Updating your order: Item changes, updating address, and cancellations
You can update your shipping address, add/remove products, and update sizes.
DIY Update: You have a 1 hour window to update your order yourself. Head to your order confirmation page or check your confirmation email and make your selection for what to change within the 1 hour window.
After 1 Hour: The order is locked into our system to ensure it gets on the truck. At this point, neither you nor our team can change the destination.

Once that hour has passed, your order is in the hands of the warehouse.
The Reality: We’ll do our best to help, but we generally cannot cancel or change items (size, style, or color) once the order is in the works.
The Solution: If you need a different size or style, just wait for the box to arrive. You can then use our [Returns & Exchanges Portal] to swap your gear for free.
