The Crew moves fast to get your gear to the job site. To keep our shipping times as short as possible, orders are sent to our warehouse for fulfillment almost immediately. Because of that speed, we cannot guarantee any changes once an order is placed.
Shipping Addresses (The 30-Minute Rule)
You can update your shipping address if you move quickly.
DIY Update: You have a 30-minute window to update your shipping address yourself. Head to your order confirmation page or check your confirmation email and click “Edit Shipping Address.”
After 30 Minutes: The order is locked into our system to ensure it gets on the truck. At this point, neither you nor our team can change the destination.
Cancellations & Item Edits
Once you hit buy, your order is in the hands of the warehouse.
The Reality: We’ll do our best to help, but we generally cannot cancel or change items (size, style, or color) once the order is in the works.
The Solution: If you need a different size or style, just wait for the box to arrive. You can then use our [Returns & Exchanges Portal] to swap your gear for free.
