We do things a little differently at BRUNT. Rather than offering a traditional limited manufacturer warranty that often excludes the "wear and tear" of a real job site, we’ve invested in a 14-day risk-free trial period.
How the 14-Day Trial Works
This trial allows you to check for any manufacturing defects that might appear in the first few days and more importantly- test our products on the job. If the gear isn't the perfect fit for your needs or doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it within that 14-day window.
After the Trial Period
We know the job is tough on your gear. If any issues arise after the initial 14 days that you believe aren't related to standard wear and tear, we want to hear about it.

What to include: Send over your order number and a few photos of the issue (including the tag on the tongue of the boot) so our Crew can take a look and assist you.
