To set up a tax exempt account, please email [email protected] with proof of tax exempt status as well as the following information: 

• Name Email (this will be the email address used to make the purchases) 
• Organization 
• Shipping Address 
• Phone Number 

Once we have this, we will be able to set up a tax exempt account for you.
