Split-ShipmentsUpdated a month ago

Why is my order in two boxes?

If you open your package and find some of your gear is missing, don't sweat it. To get your gear to the job site as fast as possible, we sometimes have to split your order into multiple shipments.

Common Reasons for a Split Shipment

  • Large Orders: If you stocked up on a lot of gear, it might not all fit in one box. When we ship in multiple boxes, carriers sometimes deliver them on different days.

  • Pre-Orders: If you grabbed a new drop along with some in-stock gear, we’ll ship what’s ready now and send the rest as soon as it's ready to go.

What to Check

  1. Read the Packing Slip: Look at the slip inside the box you just opened. It will only list the gear that should be in that specific package.

  2. Wait for the Rest: If an item isn’t on that slip, it’s still on the truck. Give it another business day for the rest of your order to arrive.

Something actually missing?

If an item is listed on your packing slip but it’s definitely not in the box, that’s on us. Email the crew at [email protected] and we’ll get it sorted immediately.

Note: In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after you order, we’ll let you know right away and get your money back.
