Because of system limitations, we’re not able to make changes to an order once it’s been placed.

The one exception is the shipping address: you can update it yourself within 30 minutes of placing the order. To do so, go to your order confirmation page/email and click “Edit shipping address.” After that 30-minute window closes, the address can no longer be edited—by you or by our team.

If anything needs to be changed beyond the address, the best path is to wait for delivery and then process a free exchange or return. You can start that here: https://returns.bruntworkwear.com/#/ (just follow the prompts).
