In order to make gifting easier, we are expanding our return policy for all holiday orders*. 

Orders placed between 11/23/25 and 12/31/25 can be returned until 1/14/26. Please note that any orders placed before 11/23/25 or after 12/31/25 will be subject to our standard 14-day try on the job trial.

To return an online order, click HERE. You'll get a shipping label for your item. Just print it, attach it to the box, and send it back. It's that simple.

For damaged items or order errors, email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
