BRUNT gear is built to take a beating, but a little bit of maintenance goes a long way. Proper care ensures your boots and apparel stay comfortable and hold up for the long haul.

Boot Care

To keep your leather supple and your outsoles gripping, follow these simple steps:

• The Leather: Clean off the heavy dirt, then apply a neutral cream to the leather. This keeps the material from drying out or cracking after being exposed to the elements.

• The Outsole: A simple rinse with water is all you need to clear the treads of debris and maintain traction.

Apparel Care

All BRUNT apparel is designed for the wash, but the less you beat it up in the machine, the longer it stays tough.

• Washing: Machine wash cold using a mild detergent.

• Drying: Tumble dry on a standard setting.

The DWR Finish: Many of our pieces feature a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish. Frequent wash cycles will eventually wear this coating down, so we suggest limiting washes to "as needed" to keep that water-shedding performance intact for as long as possible.
