Get Your Gear Faster: As soon as the carrier scans your return and it’s in transit, we’ll automatically process and ship your new exchange order. No waiting for it to hit our warehouse first.
Note: We do not offer expedited shipping on exchange orders.
Option 2: Returns
If the gear just isn't for you, you can return it for a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
Start Your Return: Head over to our [Returns Portal] to get your prepaid shipping label.
The Details: Once processed, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show up on your statement.
Important Notes
Exclusions: The BRUNT Box, original shipping costs, and Corso Package Protection are non-refundable.
Where You Bought It: Returns and exchanges are only valid for gear purchased directly through bruntworkwear.com or our North Reading, MA store.
Damaged Gear: If your order arrived damaged or we made a mistake, don't use the portal. Email the crew at [email protected] with your order number so we can make it right immediately.
