How to Handle Delivery Issues

1. Check for CORSO Protection

If you added CORSO Package Protection at checkout, they’re your fastest route to a resolution. Reach out to them directly to start a claim:

2. Contact the BRUNT Crew

If you didn’t opt for CORSO, or if you have a general delivery question, shoot us an email. Our team will look into the tracking and help track down your haul.

We want to make sure you get the boots and apparel you ordered. Please keep the following in mind regarding lost or missing shipments:

  • Orders presumed lost or missing will be replaced with the same items. Refunds are not issued for missing or lost packages.

Note: If your tracking says "Delivered" but the porch is empty, give it 24 hours. Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered when it’s still on the truck for the next morning's route.
